The objective is to provide it in an exciting and simple enough format for anyone to succeed.

WHAT IS THE SNF METHOD?

STEP 1 - ESTABLISH THE GOAL 

The body is best at achieving one physique goal at a time; either losing fat or gaining muscle.

 

Once we establish your goal we work out your TDCI (Total Daily Caloric Intake) which tells us how many calories you require on a daily basis.  This is based on factors including current weight, goal weight, fitness age and dedication level.​

We collect all this information when you sign up and use a unique formula that I believe to be the most accurate and easiest way of working out your specific requirements.

STEP-2 MEAL PLAN FOR YOUR GOAL

Once your TDCI is calculated we then design a meal plan with foods you desire and meal timings that cater to your schedule. 

At the end of the day the goals are yours, but I recommend men focus on fat loss until they can visually see their abs.  Then focus on gaining muscle.  These are realistic and achievable goals for everyone.

STEP 3 - TRAIN FOR YOUR GOAL

Choose to have your program designed for the gym, dumbbell only or bodyweight training.  Your workout programs will be based on your current fitness level and how much time you can realistically commit.  There are high quality video demonstrations for every exercise along with your specific sets, reps and rest time.

We design the program to fit YOUR schedule, YOUR lifestyle and will update it monthly to suit YOUR needs.

STEP 4 - RECOVER FOR YOUR GOAL

Growth happens during rest. It’s when the mind and body repair, recharge, and upgrade. Recovery strategies must be employed throughout your day, week, month, and year. Yet they’re often ignored in our fast-paced culture, where people assume the answer is working longer and harder.

 

High performers know that it’s about working more efficiently, prioritizing recovery, and using it to further fuel successes.

Every program has specific warm-ups, cool-downs and active recovery days designed to mitigate injury, maximize gym performance and allow for optimal recovery.

STEP 5 - TRUST IN THE PROCESS

It takes us 1-2 days to complete your customized diet and workout program.  We will review your entire program and answer any questions you might have during your Onboard call. You will book this Onboard call at a time convenient for you.  By the end of this call you'll be ready to hit the grocery store and start your workouts!

We are available 7 days a week to answer your questions and make changes as needed.  Then it's a matter of following the simple steps and trusting in your coach and this process.

STEP 6 - NEVER PLATEAU

Your meal plan is designed to get you to your goal weight and body fat percentage.  Throughout our time together I will teach you how to make food swaps, eat out, have cheat meals, etc. and still achieve your goals.  

Every 4 weeks you'll receive a new workout program.  Every phase is designed to piggyback from the previous phase, so give each phase all you got and you'll notice constant strength & muscle gains.
